Remote work. Nice salary for a remote work.

Cons

The managers are not professional, they can fire you only by listening to negative comments by one other employee.. Very bad environment for work. You don’t improve your career.

Pros

Remote work is offered (though its implementation has significant issues). Mentorship and training are encouraged in theory, but execution is lacking. Some individual contributors are supportive despite the overall environment.

Cons

Direct and senior manager consistently avoided accountability, relying heavily on micromanagement and manipulative tactics to deflect blame and shift attention. Constructive feedback was routinely overshadowed by relentless criticism and shifting expectations. Direct manager consistently escalated trivial matters to HR with the apparent intent to create conflict, eroding trust and fostering a hostile and unprofessional work environment. Psychological safety was compromised, making genuine collaboration impossible. HR showed clear bias toward management and responded aggressively when employee concerns were raised, intimidating those who sought resolution. Invasive monitoring tools (e.g., Hubstaff) fostered a culture of surveillance and unnecessary pressure, despite management’s claims that the data is not actively reviewed. High turnover is unfairly attributed to former employees instead of addressing internal leadership issues. Many positive reviews online do not accurately reflect the true employee experience.
