Pros
You can easily get into the company if you know someone in top management, favors are easily accepted. Easy to work there, most people are not qualified for the positions they hold, easy to get a big title and to get promoted, depending on who you know in the company and how good the relationship with them is.
Cons
Performance has nothing to do with how well you progress in the company, Performance appraisals are only for show with no real impact on salary nor promotion. There is a lot of cutting corners in the company, and corruption at the top level, if you dig deep or uncover something, you will get in trouble and possibly terminated.
