Pros
• Collaborative, welcoming culture — people across teams are accessible and genuinely willing to help. One of the best teams I've been on.
• Leadership is transparent and clearly invested in the company's direction
• Strong remote culture with real flexibility and no expectation to always be "on". My particular manager is big on PTO meaning actually taking time away without continuing to check email/teams.
• Competitive compensation and benefits — this the first time in at least 6 years my compensation matches my value.
• Lots of opportunity to take ownership early, especially in marketing — career growth feels very real
• Onboarding is smoother than at larger orgs thanks to how approachable everyone is
Cons
• Things move fast and priorities can shift, so adaptability and catching on quickly is a must
• Some processes are still being built out, which can feel ambiguous at times — though that's also what makes it exciting if you like shaping things
