Pros

• Comprehensive, role-agnostic foundation – The bootcamp covered everything a new hire in any customer-facing role needs to be effective, from product and positioning to real-world customer scenarios, removing guesswork and accelerating time to impact. • High-touch investment in people – A full week in Fort Lauderdale for the in-person portion, led by sales enablement and cross-functional leaders, clearly demonstrated Nerdio’s commitment to each new team member’s success from day one. • Blended learning that actually sticks – The combination of digital sessions and in-person workshops reinforced learning, allowed for repetition and practice, and ensured concepts translated into real execution, not just theory. • Engaging and collaborative experience – Interactive sessions made the bootcamp fun, encouraged collaboration across teams, and built strong relationships early, creating confidence and momentum heading into the role.

Cons

Nothing to this point sticks out as a con.

Pros

• Collaborative, welcoming culture — people across teams are accessible and genuinely willing to help. One of the best teams I've been on. • Leadership is transparent and clearly invested in the company's direction • Strong remote culture with real flexibility and no expectation to always be "on". My particular manager is big on PTO meaning actually taking time away without continuing to check email/teams. • Competitive compensation and benefits — this the first time in at least 6 years my compensation matches my value. • Lots of opportunity to take ownership early, especially in marketing — career growth feels very real • Onboarding is smoother than at larger orgs thanks to how approachable everyone is

Cons

• Things move fast and priorities can shift, so adaptability and catching on quickly is a must • Some processes are still being built out, which can feel ambiguous at times — though that's also what makes it exciting if you like shaping things

Pros

Remote first company, passionate/talented team members, great product.

Cons

Below market salary, constant layoffs not based on performance, lack of alignment on roles/projects, “bring-your-own” device essentially forces you to foot the bill for your equipment.
