Salaries are above market rates

Inept leadership team - bias towards cost saving over value creation. Management & leadership shrink from difficult customer conversations. Redundancies every other season.

Had a long time there working with good people until 2 years ago.

Absolutely no regard for the people who have made the company what it is. Very sad. Management team want money and yes men and HR supporting them all the ways with no ethics.
