If you have little to no experience, this can be a good place to learn. A lot of microbiology to be learned, Great expertise in chemistry. I think the variety of techniques and technologies used in this lab is very broad and learning here will give you a strong base. Human resources are 2 people, you can just ask them for the list of open positions and they will list them to you with the schedules attached to them. They are open to flexible schedules, but that is to be discussed with your supervisor after earning your place.

23-25$ if you're a lab tech. Job benefits are very minimal (blue cross dental and meds). Stingy lab and direction. 1-2h of overtime daily, which I do not enjoy. It is a byproduct of deficient schedule design and distribution of talent in the lab. There's no such thing as working a double shift here, but you leave once all is done and volume of work will dictate how long you stay.
