Extreme work pressure, Expect delay in disbursal of your money. I've been working here for more than a year. Bonus and pay hikes were supposed to be given by April-17, but every month we got the mail stating "For un-avoidable reasons bonus and hikes are delayed and are expected to be disbursed by next month". This kept on going till Aug-17. On one fine day(Management's wish/will) we were informed that bonus has been credited.(Shock::: You will never be told about the numbers or percentages before, it will be just given at management's mercy). Bonus was similar to what was written in employment contract. No details were provided about the pay hike. And then we are informed in person by a senior member that there is no pay hike for any employee across the board, as the company is expanding business and facing financial challenges(No written official mail/letter). Funny thing is that you will not be informed about numbers, and things will be delayed for half year just to keep hold on people and exploit them as much as they can. And financially you will be screwed big time. What company expects from employee - Just do a lot of work(even after going home) and even if you do a lot of work with 24*7 support for the teams, still be ready to give up increments or hikes for the wrong(may be) decisions taken by management.
