Pros

This is next to Garuda mall and MG road. I do not find any pros apart from its location.

Cons

A team of hardly 30 people and still poorly managed. Even after working here for one and half years I could not figure out who is the real decision maker. So many sad faces in the company. Nobody is happy with the job. People who had been for a shorter stint and those who have stayed for a longer time are all at same position. Confused and unsure. HR is for namesake. They can not speak english, let alone managing a team. I wonder how come they do not have any proper vision and goal.

Please take a look at other comments which say the opposite. I hope this user is not confusing us with a company that is in Singapore with the same name. We are committed to learning and development. We use multiple tools to enable peer and team learning, such as Slack, 15Five, TribeHR, Town Halls, Briefing sessions and external instructors. Can we do more? Of course and just approved a $1000 per team member per year fund to use for personal education. All incoming team members go through a Neo constitution session which helps explain industry, competition etc. Bangalore office has a clear leader with team leads that support him. We will continue to work on building a better place to work.

Pros

I love how the team is so dedicated to supporting each other and always improving. This shows up internally and with the customers. So refreshing.

Cons

It's mostly remote now but exploring hybrid options.

Pros

Neo has the energy of a startup that looks for innovative ways to work, develop new ideas and demands their team members to think differently and have a point of view. Neo thrives on a very informal and flat hierarchy which encourages team members to be able to reach out to anybody to learn and grow. The senior executives as well as the CEO are easily accessible to even the most junior team member to discuss ideas or seek help. Neo is a well acknowledged thought leader in the globalization space, and its niche offerings have helped bring success to a long list of Fortune 500 clients. So we have the opportunity to work with some of the biggest clients in the world, and our work impacts their growth and success.

Cons

As a global organization, we we work with team members in different time zones and are often required to work beyond a typical 9-5 schedule. More HR initiatives are required for remote team members to better collaborate and engage with their geographically dispersed team members
