First of all (not only one pros is also not there) Any one want to join in this company—)please read this review (I’m 100 percent genuinely writing) First of all here HR people, asking you to write the bond 3 yrs by taking our certificates, it’s completely —)if a company asking your certificates means , we need to think about this company 2.they Will say after 6 months, hike will be there mentioned in offer letter (but the thing is they won’t give you , even though if you are in project) 3.After they trained you , they will outsourced you to another company with more than your experience (like fake) for getting more billable 4. After they had put you as a more experience to the outer sourcing companies and getting more billing , even though you will be get less salary 5.After completion of your bond period, they won’t give your original certificates 6.To stop you in this company, they won’t give certificates , after your resignation , they won’t release you even though you completely served the notice period 6.After last date (after resignation) , they won’t give you proper experience and releaving letters
Cons
There’s multiple cons 1.They won’t give you proper experience and releaving letters to the employees 2. The salary is less, even though if your in project (but they will get more money on you) 3.Dont trust them on offer letters salary’s (completely opposite what they mentioned in your offer letter ) 4. You want hike means, you need write 1 yr extra bond 5.No health befits (suppose if your family have suddenly healthy problem, they won’t give even one rupee)—) if you observe any small company’s also good health benefits for parent nd you . Here not like zero health benefits 6. Employee harassment is more , after taking your original certificates 7.Management people be have like rowdy’s , if an employee put the resignation and they would kept you stay in office 8.After resignation and 3 months notice period , if you ready to go outside means (management people will call you , say that we won’t give your certificates what you will do) 9 . If they have project means , they won’t release you. Even though you served the3 months notice period 10.if you want hike means , they will going one more year bond 11. Zero job security (if they don’t have projects means, they will fire you from ofc with in one day)
