The culture created by the office manager is toxic and allows for a certain demographic within the employees to run the show and call the shots. Lots of bullies within the group. If they don't like they will do everything they can to get you to quit or get you fired. The partners are extremely inexperienced. They really don't know what they're doing despite being overly confident in themselves. They force employees to lie to clients about having a team overseas who works on claims. They try to make it sound like the billers have a team that works under them and that they're in the same office, but the truth is they have people in India working the claims and the biller just oversees if the claims are getting paid or rejected.
