      Great Benefits Summer Fridays ( although some Managers book meeting on Summer Fridays to prevent employees from enjoying the perk) A few top Oublishing professionals remaining

      No salary raises New Managers lack publishing experience No sense of direction or proper training New Managers are hiring their friends only Company is losing their best employees

      -Helpful and friendly staff -Benefits are great -They treat you like family and check up on you regularly to see how you as a person are doing

      Pros

      Can't really think of any convincing pros... Summer hours perhaps, if you are into that. Scarborough if you you live there. Otherwise, stay away!

      Cons

      The company went recently through an insolvency process and we all know what that means: don't expect investments in people, processes or technology. Instead, layoffs and cost cuttings are the norm and the company seems oblivious to what that means to its long term survival.
