      Pros

      Coworkers are interesting, motivated by interest in education, very smart. Benefits are industry standard, including "Summer Fridays." Salaries are industry standard.

      Cons

      The educational publishing Industry is in turmoil. Most positions come with a level of uncertainty about how long the job will last. Communication between managers and employees can be a problem.

      -Helpful and friendly staff -Benefits are great -They treat you like family and check up on you regularly to see how you as a person are doing

      Pros

      Can't really think of any convincing pros... Summer hours perhaps, if you are into that. Scarborough if you you live there. Otherwise, stay away!

      Cons

      The company went recently through an insolvency process and we all know what that means: don't expect investments in people, processes or technology. Instead, layoffs and cost cuttings are the norm and the company seems oblivious to what that means to its long term survival.
