Pros

Very friendly team and willing to help new starters. Good culture, great location. Great exposure and chance to work on some impactful campaigns.

Cons

Unable to join social groups until after probation, causes a bit of awkwardness and social split making it quite cliquey. Little or no choice of campaign work. Runs on hierarchy, reminded of it daily seen through delegation of tasks. Often a fast pace is required with a high workload and expected with minimal consideration. Diversity is abysmal, no BAME staff at senior level.

Pros

Nice junior people to work with Interesting clients

Cons

Too much work and not a lot of work life balance Not very accommodating of people's needs Made a lot of employees redundant and then didn't follow up on redundancy payments for some

Pros

Office location is great, people are mostly friendly, high profile clients. Progression is good.

Cons

So much micromanagement goes on which makes the work miserable and oppressive. Some senior managers treat juniors badly and are enabled to do so as when issues are raised nothing is done about it. Can be pretty cliquey. Salaries not great, especially if you live in London. Management handled a round of redundancies back in March appallingly.
