Pros
OK place to start your career as a new graduate, you will meet great employees that made the company worked. Do what you are told, can get you a long way. Do not expect company provided training, better learn from your colleague with some experience. There is very little overtime required, and don't work overtime, because there is no overtime compensation.
Cons
Not ideal for people with 5+ years of working experience, as your opinion/suggestion will likely not have an impact to the company. You can get frustrated fairly quickly, due to strategy to just make as much money as possible, and disregards operating with stability and proper training. There are a lot of unpaid technical debt and expect not so competitive salary. The probation period is consider long compare to industry standard (up to 6 months).
No training or regular knowledge sharing, you are expected to pick up whatever that is give and work with it, combine with long probation period meaning get ready to look for new job, if you are feel you are half performing.
