      Freedom, nice workplace and bemefits

      Cons

      All focus on money none on employees keeping them nor give them continous training. Half a departement could dissapear if a rare Pokemon appeard nearby young people no responsibility and acting childish.

      Fair pay, nice lunch room

      Cons

      Weak and inexperienced management that doesn’t want to acknowledge or take action against misogynic behaviour in the workplace, which is ironic due to the fact that they are a fashion company for young females. I would not recomend females to work here because of the toxic culture.
