Worst place I ever worked - Anonymous employee Nelbud Services Employee Review

Pros

Pay was adequate but good luck asking for more or getting a raise despite company policy that every employee is reviewed at least annually and considered for a raise. No review for close to 2 years and no raise. And yes I asked for my review- never got one. And was let go 2 weeks after I asked about my late review.

Cons

Upper management gossips about their employees like a bunch of school children. Incredibly unprofessional place. Employees are treated like crap and nothing you do is appreciated. During my 2 years there I often performed my job and another one simultaneously with no corresponding monetary reward or even a THANK YOU. They will target employees and harass them unmercifully until they finally move on to the next victim. Not worth it.

Pros

Hard work, but rewarding. You have the support you need when you need it. There is always room for advancement and opportunities to learn. If you prove to them you are worth it there are lots of benefits to discuss with management, such as hybrid days, flexible scheduling, etc.

Cons

They expect you to change everything that was set in stone at the drop of a hat. Technicians will blame you for these last minute changes as if they're your fault, and you will be blamed for anything administratively incorrect. Managers often have NO idea what is going on, and you are forced to pull the strings for them.
