Pros

Good discount, some nice coworkers, hours go by fast, you get your own work phone to communicate with clients. If you like working in a robotic atmosphere where anything you say do or talk about will be held against you.

Cons

I have never worked in a company where it felt like highschool but here it did, very cliquish , people will target you if you are new and right off the bat good at your job, if someone who has been there brings something to managements attention be prepared to cover your back because they will create an HR nightmare for you and no one will cover for you they won’t even allow you time to get your ducks in a row. They will always take who ever makes more money in the current time , who’s been there longer and who kisses managements booty. I was dress coded for the same things that people weren’t dress coded for, a person who makes crude jokes to everyone and comments on peoples weight and asks how much the clothes people wear are reported me to HR for something I never did….they took their side regardless of what I said simply because they had been there longer than me. Management makes everyone walk on their toes and everything is said passive aggressively with a smile, god forbid you are seen laughing with another coworker they will break it up and give you a list of things to do that are not in your job requirement.

Pros

* If you have an amazing team and management the day goes by fast. * Commission. * Easy to rely on foot traffic to meet goals. * If you ask for growth, they set thing ups that align with what you want, you just need to ask.

Cons

* If its slow, its SLOW. * There can be drama, it just depends on the department you're in.

Pros

Employee discount and free samples

Cons

A toxic environment where sales are almost zero because vendors are pulling their product off the shelf because their bills aren’t getting paid. They’re in the middle of coming out of a bankruptcy , if a client does come in, we usually don’t have the product to sell them ,only lines who are partially thriving is fragrance ! The hours are terrible. You get off work at nine and you’re expected to be back at 9:30 AM.
