      Pros

      Insurance in 30 days, Vacation starts at hire. Work/life balance.

      Cons

      Very unorganized. Saint Louis project managers have high turnover. None of their project are going smooth on the door system side. Kansas City office is controlled by a dictator, and overseen by 3 managers(who are scared of the dictator).

      Pay Management Benefits PTO Owners are amazing Work life balance

      Not really any of I half to put something can be a little stressful not the companies fault tho it’s the distributors we sale for not holding up there end of the deal.

      Great atmosphere, Team members are great to be around. The customers are top notch.

      Lower base salary, not alot of room for advancement.
