Average salary base pay. I can't think of other else.
Cons
Upper management is unprofessional, they will talk to you respectfully at first, but if they don't get what they want from you, they will start talking in a rude manner and somehow manipulate you.
HR IS WORSE. You will question yourself as if there is no HR in the company. Goodluck if you have request, they will either give it to you after hundreds of follow-up or you will never receive it.
They will try to manipulate you that they are high paying company, but I guess they didn't do market research.
They'll hire you because of money you'll bring to the company.
There is no proper onboarding or at least HR orientation.
Organizational structure is disorganized.
