Badly booking appointments. Zero time to turn over a room. Wants to you take shortcuts with basic cleanliness. Want you to come early and late to do messages to client's to push sales. Owners can be passive aggressive and badly managing. Products always out of stock for use on clients. Push to use their products they made when clients have had reactions to or shouldn't use do to condition.
