Pros
This organization has a way of making you feel worthless not because you're incapable, but simply because you're not familiar with their rigid, inconsistent way of working. There's no real training or support system, and instead of guiding you through their methods, they make you feel like everything you do is wrong.
They constantly talk about being there for each other, but in reality, it's just empty talk. Feedback isn't constructive; it's controlling. The center head will micromanage your work till it no longer resembles your voice or creativity. Originality is lost, and the uniqueness of any writer or creator is erased completely.
The work culture is toxic. You're expected to overwork, take post-shift calls, and mentally carry school-related stress even outside your working hours. Social connection among staff is discouraged. Instead, they foster division and isolation using a clear-cut divide-and-rule approach, which is both unethical and demoralizing.
The increments are negligible, and the policies are outdated and inconsiderate. If you're looking for growth, support, or a healthy work-life balance, look elsewhere.
This place may seem appealing from the outside, but once you're in, its all downhill: burnout, emotional exhaustion, and a complete loss of motivation.
