There is a fine balance to strike when it comes to managing clients and caring for employees but the leadership is committed to supporting the folks at Nectar. Be Yourself - Nectar has a certain way of doing things and a commitment to a high standard for client work. That being said, the company will never balk at letting even the most junior employees express themselves and their interests. Want to work on a different client? They'll figure it out. Want to give a company-wide presentation on a particular interest? They'll give you a microphone.
Cons
All agencies can be tough and workload is often tied to the whims of challenging clients. Promotions can appear to be tied to account needs and staffing rather than merit. While this is typical of agency life, Nectar does implement a system to allow employees to track their progress effectively and set goals.
