Extremely Self-Observed and Russian Focused - Product Manager Nebius Employee Review

So many I don't know where to begin. Generally the company's management is core ex-Yandex management and its apparent. Yandex failed miserably internationally even before the war. Main reason lies in their culture and inability or lack of desire to adapt to western values. I don't see how they can compete on the US market if they don't change the entire management structure to be US/Western driven. Promotions are based pure on personal connection and there is 0 focus on hard proved achievements. I would stay away unless this is your only option.
