      Pros

      I was amazed at how fast I felt equipped to do my job well. I enjoy the team that work with. Everyone is helpful and positive. Even though I have been here less than a year they are giving me full maternity leave, and the team has developed a plan on my exit and return.

      Cons

      I haven't found one yet. Every problem I have faced, I have been able to find help and support.
