      Pros

      People can feel themselves. The environment is very inclusive and there are very nice DE&I initiatives that are self-organised by the employees.

      Cons

      Tech companies struggle to have a strong % of women in Delivery areas but Nearform is working to improve this!

      - Some great clients, if you're staffed on a good one it's worth it - Solid benefits - Great coworkers - Good work/life balance

      Cons

      - Instability and lots of weird decisions being made (layoffs, increase in offshore hiring, personnel churn, inscrutable changes to bonus plan) likely driven by investor demands on profitability - Communication from leadership is tonedeaf and not transparent - Corporate, somewhat awkward company culture - No diversity in the leadership team
