Pros

Only Remote working option is there. So it's very good for people who are looking for it.

Cons

- Sudden layoffs: I was hired on a project which was already facing escalation for past 2-3 months before me joining. After 1 month of me joining the company, they laid off whole team. So I was out of the job before I could see what is happening in the project and in the company. -Very poor management: It was the issue of poor deadline and formation of team in the middle of the project. While everyone in the team was very well experienced about the technologies required in the project, They decided to lay off the team to form a new team in a different region. Basically they didn't discontinue the project but simply remove the team who had all the expertise about the project. It is very bad decision as you removed the people who knows everything about the work required in the project and you hired them for this work. - They don't care about employees. I was hired and the fired in a month. They didn't want to try to onboard team members to new projects as most of us were on probation period, they took the liberty and simply fired everyone. Most of the companies put employees in pool and try to onboard them to new projects for atleast 1 month (in some companies it goes upto 3-4 months). But here, they put me in pool on Monday and fired me on Friday of the same week.

Pros

- Some great clients, if you're staffed on a good one it's worth it - Solid benefits - Great coworkers - Good work/life balance

Cons

- Instability and lots of weird decisions being made (layoffs, increase in offshore hiring, personnel churn, inscrutable changes to bonus plan) likely driven by investor demands on profitability - Communication from leadership is tonedeaf and not transparent - Corporate, somewhat awkward company culture - No diversity in the leadership team
