We take concerns about leadership behavior very seriously. Our goal is to foster a culture of respect, openness, and accountability, and feedback like yours helps us identify where improvements may be needed. While we regret that you felt leadership denied treating employees poorly, we encourage employees to bring concerns directly to HR during their tenure so they can be addressed promptly and appropriately. Over recent years with change to our leadership team, there has been a big focus on making time to meet with individual employees to understand their perspectives and address their concerns.
To reinforce our commitment to a respectful workplace, all employees—including leadership—are required to complete Harassment and Discrimination Prevention training. We also provide multiple channels for employees to share feedback and raise concerns confidentially.
