Pros

My teammates were great, but more than half have left this company.

Cons

Our leadership here has an undesirable attitude. Many of our leaders are arrogant and don’t accept criticism. That’s why our leaders always claim that they’re correct and that the employees are the ones who are wrong. They have zero respect for the employees, and they treat employees poorly but deny that it’s the case.

While we regret that you felt leadership denied treating employees poorly, we encourage employees to bring concerns directly to HR during their tenure so they can be addressed promptly and appropriately. Over recent years with change to our leadership team, there has been a big focus on making time to meet with individual employees to understand their perspectives and address their concerns. To reinforce our commitment to a respectful workplace, all employees—including leadership—are required to complete Harassment and Discrimination Prevention training. Pros

- Management knows what they're doing and does a good job at getting interdepartmental projects done smartly - Lots of vacation time - Very good about remote work flexibility

Cons

- Annual performance reviews & raises were not a standardized company process during my time there. Raises were at the discretion of your direct manager - Smaller company means health insurance was lackluster. Would not recommend joining unless you can be on your spouse's health insurance coverage

It’s possible there was a one-off where a review wasn’t completed during your 1–2 years with us, but consistency remains a priority. Providing the best benefits possible to employees and their families is always important to us. Healthcare changes nationwide have impacted small and mid-sized businesses like Naylor, but we strive to offer strong options while keeping them affordable. We did notice the job title and location listed don’t align with our records, making it hard to confirm context and focus on any specific concerns you mentioned. More detailed feedback would help us address concerns effectively, and we encourage employees to share issues with HR during their tenure. The experience you gain will be useful in your career.

Cons

Naylor Association Solutions has an extremely stressful work environment. Our managers keep setting unreasonable targets and unrealistic goals. Employees are always under immense pressure since there's no way that we're reaching the management's targets without sacrificing our work-life balance, if it's even possible.
