      Tbh, there is absolutely nothing good about this place.

      Cons

      Everything, this place is a clown show. When I was there, this was a husband and wife dynamic. Constantly fighting and yelling very loudly in the office. Wife was a micro manager, went as far as organizing your desk to her liking. The salary was mediocre the environment was toxic. Run far away from Mike and Neda.

      Pros

      Naxa really tries to bring employees together. They have monthly birthday celebrations, random mornings they bring Porto's or other baked goods. The employees were like family. They do give yearly bonuses around Christmas time. The CEO is great! He treated me like family.

      Cons

      They need to give more employee evaluations and offer better pay rates. They should also give employee incentives to keep the employees happy. They didnt over health insurance.
