Cons
Over time, I experienced a widening gap between what the company says it values and what it actually supports day to day.
There is a strong emphasis on presentation, optics, and ambition, but much less follow-through on the basic foundations needed to make the work effective (data quality, realistic timelines, usable tools).
I often felt that my energy went into navigating processes, decks, and narratives rather than doing meaningful, focused work.
Despite being a remote company, there remains an attachment to performative ideas of productivity and “serious work,” which can feel out of place and demoralizing.
Feedback is frequently requested through surveys and meetings, but it was hard to see that feedback translate into real change. Over time, this creates cynicism rather than engagement.
