I’ve had a very positive experience working at Navriti Technologies. The company truly values its employees and provides a supportive environment where learning and growth are encouraged every day. Leadership is approachable, transparent, and always ready to guide whenever needed. There are plenty of opportunities to take ownership of work, contribute ideas, and explore new responsibilities. The work culture is energetic and collaborative, and the team is filled with motivated and talented individuals. Some internal processes are still evolving as the company grows, so workflows can sometimes take time to streamline.

Salaries are not credited on time, and there is no fixed payday. The HR team is understaffed, with only two members, both located in the Bangalore office. Employees do not receive proper recognition or appreciation for their work. There is no defined appraisal cycle. Overall office management is weak.
