Pros

As a former employee of Navriti, through my experience with it, I can proudly say, it is one of the best fast growing startup company. Many options to learn more in our domain with multi tasking, challenges & very good exposures. Good salary and other benefits - like, medical insurance support, monthly and annual rewards, well planned leaves and holidays, good working conditions, flexible working hours, very friendly colleagues, managers, hr and even there was easy access to higher management.

Cons

Nothing is excluded from cons, Navriti too. There was some delay in processing the salary - basically a 4-5 days delay. Precisely - out of 12 months, maximum 2-3 months were used to be get affected, rest other months were fine.

Leadership is approachable, transparent, and always ready to guide whenever needed. There are plenty of opportunities to take ownership of work, contribute ideas, and explore new responsibilities. The work culture is energetic and collaborative, and the team is filled with motivated and talented individuals. Work–life balance is respected, and the company ensures that employees are recognized and appreciated for their efforts. The projects are meaningful and offer a great platform to enhance skills and professional development.

Cons

Some internal processes are still evolving as the company grows, so workflows can sometimes take time to streamline.

Pros

Flexible working hours. A supportive and understanding team leader. Easy access to senior management. Good leave policy. Employees can avail up to 4 work-from-home days each month.

Cons

Salaries are not credited on time, and there is no fixed payday. The HR team is understaffed, with only two members, both located in the Bangalore office. Employees do not receive proper recognition or appreciation for their work. There is no defined appraisal cycle. Overall office management is weak.
