Pros

Remote work, amazing coworkers, some managers do try. Internal promotions and opportunities. Good benefits. Still has potential if they can find a way to get it together. They have brought in some amazing new management that could make a difference if they don't get warped by the current leadership.

Cons

Too much growth without the infrastructure or growth plan to support it. Too much burnout, so many good people taking leave or quitting because they can't take it any more. Never use to be that way. Too much micromanagement by team managers that have no clue how to do most of the work. Use to have amazing teams then for some reason mixed it all up to put different benefits onto one team, and want one person for all benefits. This is too much work and creates confusion and service issues and shows complete ignorance by senior management. So much work it can't get done, yet no OT, and then we get in trouble for not getting it done. Cutting already ridiculously small bonuses into quarterly chunks and making it hard to get them with the current work situation. Senior leadership only cares how much they will make on the next sale. Makes worklife impossible for those actually doing the work even though we won't see any of that money, it all goes to the top people who don't care about us.

Leadership that genuinely cares. As a Customer Service Team Manager, I’ve consistently felt supported, trusted, and encouraged to lead in a way that brings out the best in my team. Leaders are approachable, transparent, and truly invested in helping people succeed. Real commitment to internal promotion. Navia doesn’t just talk about growth they actively create it. Entry-level employees receive the training, coaching, and hands-on experience needed to build confidence and move up. Watching team members grow into new roles is one of the most rewarding parts of working here. Every voice is heard. Feedback is taken seriously, and employees are encouraged to speak up, call out inefficiencies, and share ideas. Navia genuinely wants people to enjoy their work and consistently works to remove roadblocks and barriers so both employees and customers have a seamless experience. Strong focus on customer experience. The company provides solid tools, thoughtful training, and great cross-team collaboration, making it easier to deliver service we can be proud of. Development opportunities everywhere. Leadership programs, process improvement projects, and exposure to new systems make it easy to keep learning and expanding your skill set. Clear and consistent communication. Regular updates, open Q&As, and transparent decision-making help everyone stay aligned and feel included. Supportive, collaborative culture. People step in to help each other without hesitation. The environment feels positive, mission-driven, and full of people who genuinely want to do good work.

Cons

Fast-paced environment. Workload can spike during peak seasons. It’s manageable, but it requires strong prioritization and flexibility.

Pros

Navia is truly an outstanding company. I am currently in training, and I am blown away by how friendly, caring, and supportive everyone is. The culture here is incredible, built on strong values, teamwork, and genuine respect for each employee. The incentives and benefits they offer are beyond what I expected, and the overall environment makes you feel valued from day one. I am genuinely grateful to be part of this team.
