The environment and culture that we have built lends itself to collaboration, and working together as a team. This has been the foundation of our success and growth over the past 15 years, so we are sorry to hear that you felt that you were made to pass leads. However, to add some context to this, beyond supporting our team members, our main goal here at Navartis is to ensure that we deliver a service based on market knowledge and quality. This is partially achieved through our consultants being dedicated experts in a vertical market, meaning that from time to time leads will be passed (and received) to the most relevant team or colleague, who is best placed to serve the interest of the candidate or client. For recruiters, the ability to build relationships and connect with people is central to the role, so it’s disappointing to hear that you and some of your former colleagues did not connect in the way we would have hoped.
