* Fast paced - learned more in a few months than a year at other roles * High expectations - the bar is high but you're supported by manager and peers to meet this * Incredible enablement - the best onboarding I've had

Cons

Some people would put the above as cons. Navan isn't for everyone as it they do have high standards and you have to fully focus 9 to 6 to get everything done. Personally I love that and Ive improved so much in a short space of time. Be honest with yourself of if you really do want to be pushed in your next role

Employees and leaders are often expected to be accountable for metrics without reliable reporting or clear guidance on how those metrics are measured. Workload distribution can feel inconsistent, creating an environment where some teams and managers become overextended while others are underutilized. This contributes to burnout, frustration, and a lack of confidence in operational decision-making.
