Pros
Been at Navan for a year, it takes a little while to get your legs under you as a sales rep, but once you do, it's extremely rewarding. Leadership treats you professionally and respectfully, the pay is really competitive, the culture is awesome. The product is far and away the best in the industry, and customers constantly tell us about their good experiences, despite travel being a thankless industry to work it. Constant changes to the product / comp structure, which is challenging, however leadership does take reps feedback and customer feedback to heart and tries to implement things quickly. There is constant sales enablement which I really like.
Cons
The comp plan is confusing, and it's relatively hard to do 150% of your number in back to back quarters. You can hit your number, but blowing out your number is hard. There is a bit of favoritism for folks who have been at the company for a while. They aren't super transparent about career path growth.
