Pros

The only pro is the pay

Cons

There is no benefits for part time at all They lie constantly They lied and said we’d be full time and then told us ‘oops no only part time now’ They lied on the $400 spendid we had to fight for it when it was ON the papare work They gave us working 4 hours yes that’s right 4 hours for 5 days. Some of us have to work at 3-7 how can we possibly get other jobs with that schedule? It’s ridiculous. Their management is absolutely horrible. They’re not understanding at all Part time was hired as REMOTE and now they want to switch it up and have us come into the office for just 4 hours. They would like us to drive far and with traffic hours JUST for 4 hours. I do NOT recommended Trip actions at all. When I got hired I saw the Glassdoor comments and didn’t listen. Please listen and read all the reviews they aren’t lying.

Pros

Competitive compensation and strong benefits package. The coworkers and frontline teams are one of the company’s greatest strengths many are incredibly hardworking, supportive, and committed to helping both customers and teammates succeed.

Cons

Significant operational gaps continue to impact efficiency and employee experience. Reporting systems and workforce planning frequently feel disconnected from the realities of day-to-day operations. Employees and leaders are often expected to be accountable for metrics without reliable reporting or clear guidance on how those metrics are measured. Workload distribution can feel inconsistent, creating an environment where some teams and managers become overextended while others are underutilized. This contributes to burnout, frustration, and a lack of confidence in operational decision-making.
