Pros
I joined Navan in June 2022 after relocating from Ohio to Georgia, and it was the first company I interviewed with. From the interview process through training, I felt supported every step of the way. Even though it’s a remote position now, when I first started there was a small office that gave us the opportunity to connect in person with peers, which I really appreciated. Navan stands out in how it recognizes and values employees. It goes beyond simple gift cards — from anniversary gifts to being honored with an Excellence Club invitation for performance, recognition feels genuine and meaningful. The pay is competitive, with great incentives and bonuses (including overtime opportunities). On top of that, regular team recognition makes you feel appreciated daily. Communication is strong — we get consistent updates on industry changes, which is important in the fast-moving travel industry. Overall, it’s a company that rewards hard work and makes employees feel valued.
Cons
One drawback for me was losing the small office space, as it provided a great chance to collaborate face-to-face. Also, getting a job here can be challenging due to the requirements, but that’s also what makes the talent pool strong.
