      senior leaders will not hesitate to step on you if needed for them to excel forward. One senior leader lied to others about giving advice that would have made him look bad.

      Decent pay and benefits for the area, unique work that you can't do many other places, good opportunities for travel and promotion

      Commute and parking turns 8 hour shifts into 10 hour shifts, mandatory overtime and travel for periods of several months, frequent shutdowns, very poor morale, terrible first level supervision, mediocre middle management
