Pros
New comfortable office (at least in Yekaterinburg - no idea how is it going in the others) Nice colleagues and bosses 5 full paid sick days Quite good insurance (with a dentist) If you are lucky you can get in some modern project
Cons
You may get in an old project with tons of legacy code Tasks between teams are split in a weird way Average salaries level No annual salary indexation No sport compensation Hardware is 6\10 Technologies stack old (but it was in my case, it depends on project)
