A mess when it came to getting paid. Confusing Commission structure. You work overtime but will never get paid for it. A total disorganized mess. The company runs like a circus and no one has any clue what’s going on. Micro manage the things that don’t matter and neglect huge parts of the operations. Complete clown show. Not worth the stress.
