      Met some wonderful people. Employees work really hard to make things happen in unrealistic time frames.

      Cons

      Horribly managed business. Culture and moral is awful. Senior level management is an 'old school boys club'

      They don't know what they are doing

      Cons

      The company farms from the same cultivation to spread it across all product brands. When a recall happens due to poor practices, which happens frequently, it effects multiple products and brands due to this shared inventory
