Pros

Work from home is fine.

Cons

Sales management is cheap and will prevent you from ever hitting your quota. The company is horrible at retaining and growing talent, plus there is no room for growth. There is zero brand recognition in the advertising industry, so it's a very hard sell to clients. Their mobile data is based off of android data, so the scale is small, and their solutions are not future-proofed for 2024 cookieless. Sales management is based in Montreal, there is constant misogyny, and you'll receive very little help. Native Touch hires and fires Account Managers and Account Executives carelessly, without cause and without notice. Benefits are low. The owner is nice at first, but will toss you once he feels you've served your purpose.
