      Open 24/7 for work, materials provided.

      Cons

      Currently unable to pay salaries and non-responsive on their intranet. Tutors/teachers are not paid for all classes, no direct contact, responses on their intranet can take up to a week, IT issues are pushed back to the tutor/teacher, recent pay client change has created pay issues with some teachers not being paid for weeks. Still has a fake student issue regarding damaging tutor/teacher ratings. "Students" still manipulating the system to get free classes and the tutor is not paid. Abusive or rude "students" tolerated by the platform and faulting the teacher.

      Pros

      Job opportunity for people who don't have a degree. They supply videos for you to familiarize yourself with the different lessons. Their communication has a quick turnaround.

      Cons

      Videos cannot actually prepare you for doing the actual lessons. Some sort of interactive system is needed to prepare teachers better for conducting the actual lessons. Communication method on the interface is a bit confusing - I cannot see which messages are unread-even when I toggle the icon to "unread messages"

      1. Very flexible platform 2. No minimum hours required 3. mostly polite students 4. lesson material provided

      Cons

      1. The salary is pathetic and it is a shame they are still paying that same rate since they started. 2. They recently introduced a feature where you can adjust your rate but the requirements you should meet first are almost impossible to achieve. 3. very long waiting hours, too many teachers, very few students 4. a biased rating system that punishes teachers
