      Pros

      Some great staff, opportunities to learn and engage in working in a fast paced environment. Casual office, free lunch usually on Fridays.

      Cons

      Lots of immaturity in this company, an “us vs you” micromanagement attitude. Unprofessional management and overall you can feel the tense energy everyday walking in. There is no actual training, and management is not the nurturing leader types to compensate for this.

      Some of the people are nice.

      Cons

      So, so many. If senior leadership reads this though I really hope they've realized that restricting phone usage at the office is not how you cultivate a strong work culture.
