Pros

Great family environment. remote and in office options, they truly care about their workers

Cons

not really flexible work hours, you get dinged for points if you have to call out for any reason even with a doctors note and they put out your schedule a month early so it is hard to pre plan absences, not great remotely if you have children they still would like you to get a babysitter even though you will be home which is still understandable as well because you will be taking calls and making calls

Pros

Work from home was great

Cons

First day of training they asked an employee “if both of her children had the same baby daddy”. This employee happened to be African American she was the only one asked that question. High stress, little to no real training or education for the job, upper management micromanaged the ever loving out of the employees which stressed even the leads out, they push you too hard to take over 200 calls. They had monthly mandatory Saturdays. I was scheduled every Saturday. The schedule is all over the place. They are rude if you ask for help. I worked there for 3 months never missed a day came in early stayed late when I caught Covid it was an issue when I had to move they tried to tell me what days I needed to move. They think they can control your home life.
