you get hours, work with your schedule, if requested time off ahead of time it'll most likely always be approved.
Cons
you have to worry about having a relief at the end of your shift or they'll leaved you to work as long as they can, there's always a lot of call offs and last minute which causes everyone else's schedule to clash. you also end up finding out ur working a 12 hour shift as ur waiting for ur relief on your 8th hour regular shift.
