Pros

Pension however it has a 3 year vesting period.

Cons

Management 5 year vesting period on 401k 3 year vesting period on pension Skeleton staff/crew. Not nearly enough staff with their antiquated / slow systems. Very little underwriting authority. This company is trapped in 1985 with loa's.

Culture is great, it feels like working with family. I have a good work life balance.

Cons

The pay could be a lot better as the world gets more expensive our pay should reflect that.
