Good company but stuck in the past - Anonymous Nationwide Employee Review

There is a disconnect between what management believes is going on and what is actually going on. There are a lot of silos & people say they work together but don't. Few people challenge processes. Technology or strategies to keep current in the industry. Great place to work if you want to look busy but not do anything.
