Pros

Potential for work life balance if not in Operations. Everything there is about what used to be not what can be! Only working overtime gives you a chance to be noticed.

Cons

Operations treats their division like children instead of powering them to be grown ups and make decisions.

Culture is great, it feels like working with family. I have a good work life balance.

The pay could be a lot better as the world gets more expensive our pay should reflect that.
