Big corporation with some excellent benefits with a bank right inside campus if you are at the home office. If you enjoy working for a fortune 500 company with lots of bueracratic processes, you might like it here. There are a lot of different software applications and processes that you could learn if you are coming from a smaller shop. They also tried implementing six sigma , which failed. There are some departments that are better than others, but your experience will mainly depend on who you end up working for. Most importantly , it depends on what stage of career you are in. If you are looking for something non-aggressive government type work , this might be the aplce for you.
Cons
Growth opportunities are not merit based. Veteran employees have formed a clique and all promotions happen based on that only.
