      Alright for a while, I feel like it’s a good first stepping stone into a financial career within banking.

      Cons

      I feel like unless you want to go into branch management or mortgages, your development isn’t taking seriously. And the pay for what you deal with at a branch level, compared to competitors, is subpar.
